About
Twenty-two years of reading the curves.
Inrange is one person with type 1 diabetes, a log, and the book it turned into.
I’m Mohamed. I’ve lived with type 1 diabetes since 2004, back when it meant test strips and eight finger pricks a day.
I’m not a dietitian. What I have is two decades of reading my own curves, and a log that taught me more than any list of forbidden foods.
That log is free. The book is what it taught me, written down.
