Inrange ("we", "us") operates this store. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from us, what we do with it, and what choices you have. Our store runs on Shopify, which processes much of this information on our behalf.
By using this store, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
A note on health information
We sell written material about food and daily habits. We do not ask for, collect, or store any health information about you. We don't know whether you have a medical condition, we don't ask, and nothing you buy here tells us. We never upload or share any customer list with advertising platforms.
What we collect
You give us:
- Your name and email address at checkout
- Your billing address
- Anything you write to us in an email
Collected automatically:
- Your IP address, device type and browser
- Which pages you visited and what you clicked
- Cookies and similar technologies
We never see your card number. Payment is handled by Shopify and the payment processors it uses. Your full card details never reach us.
Because everything we sell is digital, we do not collect a shipping address.
What we use it for
- To deliver your files and send you your order confirmation
- To answer you when you contact us
- To process refunds
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To understand how the store is used, so we can improve it
- To show ads for our products on other platforms, and to measure whether those ads work
- To comply with the law
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders
- Payment processors, to take payment and handle refunds
- Filemonk, the app that emails you your download links
- Advertising and analytics platforms, including Meta, to measure and target our advertising
- Authorities, where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Some US state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to include targeted advertising. To the extent that applies, you can opt out at any time — see below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Get a copy of it
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Opt out of targeted advertising and of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

This store uses cookies that are necessary for it to work — your cart, your session, security. With your consent, it also uses cookies for analytics and for advertising. Children
This store is not intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep support emails for as long as they're useful to resolve your issue. After that, we delete or anonymise.
Where your information goes
We are based in Spain and our customers are mostly in the United States, so your information crosses borders. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards Shopify and our processors have in place, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and post the new version here.
