What we sell

Inrange publishes written material — books and printable tools — about food, meal planning and daily habits. Everything we sell is digital and delivered by email. We do not sell physical goods, medical devices, supplements or any other health product.

This is not medical advice

Our publications are educational. They are not medical advice, they are not a diagnosis, and they are not a treatment.

Mohamed Dahmani is not a doctor, a dietitian or a licensed nutrition professional. He writes from his own experience of living with type 1 diabetes since 2004, and the research he cites is referenced inside each publication so you can check it yourself.

Nothing we publish is tailored to any individual. Everyone receives the same material, and we do not assess anyone's personal circumstances.
