1. Overview
These terms govern your use of this store and anything you buy from it. "We" and "us" mean Inrange, operated by Mohamed Dahmani, a sole trader registered in Spain. The store runs on Shopify.
By browsing this store or buying from it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the store.
Please read sections 4, 12 and 13 carefully. They contain important limits on what we promise and what we're responsible for.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from this store.
3. What we sell, and what you're buying
Everything we sell is digital: written material delivered as PDF files by email. You are buying a licence to use that material, not ownership of it.
You may: read it, print it for yourself, and keep your copy indefinitely.
You may not: resell it, give it away, upload it anywhere, share it publicly or privately, include it in another product, or reproduce any part of it for anyone other than yourself.
One purchase covers one person. If you want copies for a team, a clinic or a group, email us.
4. This is not medical advice
Our publications are educational material about food and daily habits.
They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a treatment and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Mohamed Dahmani is not a doctor, a dietitian or a licensed nutrition professional.
Nothing we publish is personalised. Everyone receives the same material, and we do not assess anyone's individual circumstances, medical history or medication.
You are responsible for your own decisions about what you eat. If you take medication, if you have a medical condition, or if anything you see on a glucose sensor concerns you, speak to a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay getting it, because of something you read in our material.
Any research we cite is referenced so you can read it yourself. We make no claim about what results you will get, and results vary between individuals.
5. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout.
Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Your download links are emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a minute of payment. Nothing is physically shipped and no delivery address is required. The details are in our Delivery Policy.
Download links may expire. Save your files somewhere of your own.
7. Refunds
We refund in full within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our publications — text, illustrations, design, and the Inrange name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law.
Dexcom, Stelo and G7 are trademarks of Dexcom, Inc. FreeStyle Libre and Lingo are trademarks of Abbott Laboratories. We are independent of both companies and refer to their products only descriptively.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use this store to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to submit false information, to send spam, to upload malicious code, to scrape or extract data, or to interfere with how the store works.
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who does.
10. Third-party links and tools
This store may link to or use services run by others. We don't control them and we're not responsible for them. Review their terms before you use them.
11. Shopify
This store is hosted by Shopify, but any purchase you make is made with us, not with Shopify. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claim arising from your purchase.
12. No warranties
The store and everything we sell are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We don't warrant that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information in our publications applies to your particular circumstances. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to this store or anything you bought from it is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or any health outcome, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these terms, broke the law, or infringed someone's rights.
15. Termination
We may end your access to the store at any time if you break these terms. Sections 3, 4, 8, 12, 13, 14 and 18 survive termination.
16. If part of these terms fails
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Changes apply from the date they're posted.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Barcelona, Spain have jurisdiction.
This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
