What I can help with
- Your download didn't arrive. Check your spam folder first, then email me with the address you used at checkout and I'll resend it straight away.
- You want a refund. Within 30 days, no questions asked. Send me your order number or the email you bought with.
- Something in the book is wrong. Tell me. If a citation is off or something doesn't make sense, I'd rather know and fix it.
- You want to use the material with a group, a team or a clinic. Get in touch and we'll sort out a licence.
What I can't help with
I can't give you personal advice about your health, your medication or your glucose readings. I'm not a doctor or a dietitian, I don't know your situation, and it wouldn't be safe or legal for me to try.
