Refund Policy

30 days, no questions asked

If the book isn't what you hoped for, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain yourself and you don't need to delete anything.

We know you can't send a PDF back. We'd rather you felt safe buying it than argue about a file.

How to request a refund

Email dahmanim455@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, or your order number. We reply within 2 business days, and once approved the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it to your account.

If your download didn't arrive

That isn't a refund, that's something for us to fix. Check your spam folder first, then email us and we'll resend your files straight away.

Repeat refunds

We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.
